Alpha Xi Delta is a progressive organization dedicated to the personal growth of women. Through membership in Alpha Xi Delta, Sisters are inspired to realize their potential through the ideals our Founders instilled in our Fraternity: Sisterhood, leadership, knowledge and service to our communities.
As part of the collegiate chapter experience, Alpha Xi Delta members participate in several educational and leadership programs designed to inspire them to realize their potential. Through active chapter involvement, they will have the opportunity to develop life skills, leadership and organizational management skills, self-awareness, esteem and confidence. The chapter will help provide resources, expectations and programming specific to what meets its members need through the right mix of study hours, study aids, academic incentives, tutoring and use of campus academic resources. In addition, the Alpha Xi Delta Foundation provides academic scholarships that are awarded annually to Alpha Xi Delta members in good standing.
