Our team designs, builds, and flies clean-sheet, special-mission aircraft for an international competition.

From the "womb to tomb" of each annual competition, we do everything from preliminary design, to CAD modeling, to prototyping and flight testing in fewer than 7 months.

DBF is challenging, fast-paced, and interdisciplinary. Being robotic systems with dozens of moving parts, each aircraft draws from every facet of engineering, including aerospace, mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines. Expertise in business operations keeps our 40+ member team running, while competitive intelligence helps us find new advantages. Model aviators from all majors pitch in to design, build, and fly our aircraft for tests and competitions.

The team is comprised entirely of Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors, allowing underclassmen opportunities in design, technical leadership, and testing which would be Senior responsibilities in other organizations. Most underclassmen will find themselves working ahead of or directly with their coursework.

The AIAA DBF competition is recognized throughout the aerospace industry for its professional value. Active DBF members receive unique professional connections and stronger resumes from their participation.

Eaglenautic's mission is to provide students an opportunity to design, build, simulate, and fly heavy-lift RC ("radio-controlled") aircraft to compete in Society of Automotive Engineer's (SAE) annual Aero Design Challenge. The team is based on the idea that aircraft can be configured based on multiple characteristics defined in each year's competition rules, then designed and built by members to simulate the real engineering processes members will experience in industry. This club also utilizes simulations and advanced computing tools to verify design work before the build process begins, adding an additional challenge and learning opportunity for members.

Home of the ERAU Prescott E-Sports Team, we currently have active teams in League of Legends, Valorant, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive. The vast majority of our competitive games will be streamed through our Twitch, make sure to keep an eye out for streams! In addition, we hold community events throughout the semester in the E-Sports Lounge and occasionally host exhibitions in the auditoriums on campus. To further student understanding of the various math studies outside the range of math courses offered at Embry-Riddle. It is a group which will explore various math related subjects through guest lectures given by the Mathematics Department faculty on campus. We aspire to better comprehend the ways math interacts with our majors and understand the scope which it covers outside of our curriculum. By the end of the school year we hope to be prepared to take the Putnam exam or at least have the problem solving skills developed enough to give it an attempt.
