All RSO events that would like to have Event Technology support must have a work order submitted at least 10 days in advance (but sooner is better)

THINGS TO NOTE
Unsure of what equipment you need for your event? Contact Event Technology with what you're hoping to do at the event and they can help with the details
If you are planning a large-scale event, please schedule a production meeting with the Event Technology Staff to go through the details for your event
Event Technologies does not use portable projectors "outside" due to damage that may occur due to condensation, heat, cold, and other weather conditions
Event Technologies will provide TV Monitors for outside use however, they need to have a covered area for operation due to weather conditions such as direct sunlight and heat
Event Technologies does not provide tables, chairs, podiums (except in the DLC), power, or any type of furniture. Please submit a Facilities work order form for those requests

DLC Auditorium Work Orders

  • Not required for: use of the projector and/or basic sound system
  • Specialty lighting, audio support, and/or microphones
  • Removal of the podium from the stage:
    • Please do not attempt to even try to move the podium on the stage as this podium is wire-harnessed to the stage and any attempt to try and remove will destroy this harness and wiring connection to the A/V equipment

Lower Hangar and Chapel Work Orders

  • Use of the projector and/or basic sound system
  • Specialty lighting, audio support, and/or microphones

Other Work Orders

  • Outdoor/Activity Center/Eagle Gym sound systems and/or microphones
  • Live streaming and/or recording events
