Library study rooms may be a great place for smaller organization meetings. The library has their own room reservation system, but don't forget to also register your meeting through Eagle Life.
The library has many items available for you to check out including event laptops, portable speakers, projectors, projections screens, and more. Visit the 2nd floor Help Desk to check them out.
The library allows you to post on their bulletin boards, on the restroom paper towel dispensers, and leave flyers on some tables. They also have digital monitors that can be used for advertising events. You can also print posters using the library's plotters.
