About Us

The goal of the Writing and Design Lab is to provide a safe and inclusive environment where every student feels comfortable coming in to ask for assistance on any type of writing and design work for any class. We want to help students with communication skills that will support them throughout their career.

Individual & Small Group In-Person Consultations

We offer individual and group consultations on all stages of the writing and design process, from brainstorming to drafting and revising, as well as a space for collaborating with design tools.

Individual Online Consultations

Do you need support for your writing and design work, but can't come to Hazy Library? We offer online consultations with a peer tutor from 6-8PM on Monday, Tues., Weds., Thurs., and Sun.

Class & Organization Workshops

Do you need support for your writing or design work in your class, club, or organization? Respond to our survey here to request a workshop on a writing and design topic of your choice.
