Community Member Agreement

Community Member Agreement

For the purpose of this document and consistency within our ERAU Prescott Clubs and Organization, “community member” is defined as a non-ERAU student, over the age of eighteen, and not enrolled as a student in primary education. Anyone under the age of eighteen, or currently enrolled in primary education, requires special permission from the Dean of Students office and the Department of Student Engagement.

Community members are welcome to participate as members within ERAU Prescott registered student clubs and organizations, however, community members are not permitted to hold executive leadership positions. Sixty percent of the total membership of the ERAU Prescott organization must be made up of current ERAU students.

By reading and signing the agreement you are a recognized community member, wishing to participate within an ERAU Prescott Recognized Student Organization. You understand and agree to the following:

  • Self-reported information provided to the institution has been accurate to the best of your abilities.
  • You are over eighteen, not enrolled in primary education, and you are not currently enrolled as an ERAU Prescott Student.
  • You understand that you are subject to understand follow all ERAU Prescott policies as outlined within the Organization Handbook, Student Handbook, and those practices set forth by the guiding documents of the organization(s) you will be participating within.
  • All local, state, and national laws must be adhered to at all times as acting/participating within the ERAU Prescott organization(s).
  • You may be asked to leave, disassociate, and/or no longer participate as a community member by members of the organization and/or institutional representatives at any time – in which you are to oblige the request.
