• There is no such thing as "I don't know"
  • Instead say "I am unfamiliar with that term/methodology, would you mind giving me a bit more information?"
  • If you still don't know how to answer, just be honest and talk about what you DO know, but DON'T just make something up
• Focus on your fundamentals
