Fall 2024 Recruitment Schedule

You can also find us at the Organization Fair on September 5 in the Activity Center to ask any questions or register for recruitment!
Event locations and further details will be provided to everyone registered for recruitment.

September 12 - Info Night

Presentation starts at 6:00pm at the Lower Hanger
Potential new members will meet all 3 sororities and learn more about the recruitment process and sorority life at ERAU
You can attend this round even if you haven't registered for recruitment yet!

September 13 - Philanthropy Round

Pre-event check-in at 5:30PM
Potential new members will visit all 3 sororities for 30 minutes each to learn more about each chapter's philanthropy initiative (20 minute breaks in between)
Post-event check-in at 9:00PM

September 14 - Sisterhood Round

This round is invite only
Pre-event check-in at 9:30AM
Potential new members will visit up to 3 sororities for 45 minutes each (20 minute breaks in between)
Post-event check-in at 9:00PM

September 15 - Preference Round

This round is invite only
Pre-event check-in 30 minutes before EACH round
Round times: 8:30-9:30, 10:00-11:00, and 11:30-12:30
Post-event check-in after your last round to complete the MRABA (Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement)

September 15 - Bid Day

Event starts at 5:30PM
Elligigble potential new members will receive their bid for membership from one of our three chapters.
If a potential new member wants to accept their bid, they will join their new sisters for an evening of celebration!
