Are you a registered Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott student and ready to apply for housing? We're so excited to have you!
Once you have your ERAU Student Email, you're ready to apply for on campus housing! Here are all the steps you'll take!
Before you can complete your application, you'll be required to submit a $300 security deposit. You can submit the $300 security deposit online at erau.edu/deposit
Once on our official deposit site, you'll be welcomed and prompted to select either our Daytona Beach Campus or our Prescott Campus. Select "Prescott Campus"
The next screen will prompt you to choose between paying a Tuition Deposit or a Housing Deposit. Today, you'll be paying your Housing Deposit. Select "Housing Deposit" and then select "Continue" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
If you have not already paid your Tuition Deposit, you may add that on the next screen by selecting "Add Another Deposit" at the bottom. If you've already paid or added your Tuition Deposit, select "Proceed to Payment" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
You will now be prompted to enter your student information. Please enter the Student's First Name and Student's Last Name as they are listed on your Government Identification. You will also enter your Student ID number, Date of Birth, and your Expected Start Term. Then, select "Continue" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Enter your email. It's recommended to enter your ERAU Student Email, however you can also enter your personal email address. Once entered, select "Continue" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Enter your payment method. You can pay using a Credit Card or an Electronic Check (ACH). Enter the information for your payment method and then select "Continue" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
You'll be taken to a screen that allows you to review your order and change your payment information and email if necessary. This page will also explain the Deposit Refund Policy. Select the box next to "By checking this box you are agreeing to the above Refund Policy Agreement." Once selected, you have to option to Print Agreement. Once you've printed your agreement, select "Submit Order" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Now you're all set to complete your Housing Application!
Navigate to "All Tools" and scroll down until you find "Housing and Meal Plans." Select "Housing and Meal Plans"
You'll be taken to your Housing Cloud Dashboard. Select "Apps & Forms"
Once in Apps & Forms, there will be a list of your Current Applications to start or continue. Select the application for the Academic Year you are applying for housing. Select "Continue Application" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
For example, if you are applying for housing for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Academic Year, select "Continue Application" for that Academic Year.
You will be taken into your application where you will first acknowledge the Housing Contract. Select "I have read and understand the ERAU on Campus Housing & Dining Requirements" and then select "1/3 Housing Contract" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Read and review the Housing Contract completely. This will tell you everything you need to know regarding the requirements for housing, dates, and any billing information related to your Housing Contract.
Once you've read the Housing Contract, sign your name in the box at the bottom of the screen. You will also be prompted to enter contact information for someone to be notified by Campus Safety & Security in the event that you go missing.
Once you've completed that, select "2/3 Student Housing Information" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Enter all of the appropriate information as prompted on this screen. Once you've completed that, select "3/3 Complete" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
A window will then pop up asking if you are ready to submit this form. If you are ready, select "Submit." You may have time to come back and make changes to this application. The pop-up window will tell you if you can, and will also provide the date you are able to make changes until.
If there are any additional documents you are required to sign, they will be shown on the next screen.
Depending on the time of year you've submitted your application, the ability to request specific roommates and select a specific room may or may not be available. You will find this information in the tabs on the left-hand side of the screen. If you do not have the option to request roommates or select a room, please refer to our Dates & Deadlines page to see when those windows open for your Academic Year.
After you've completed your Housing Application, you will have the ability to select the Meal Plan of your choosing*. To do so, navigate back to the Dashboard. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will find an Action List with the Action Item "Select a meal plan." Select "Start" and select your Meal Plan!
