Located near AXFAB and Earhart's Dining Hall, Mingus Mountain accommodates first-year and transfer students. These three-story buildings feature suites with three double-occupancy bedrooms, a shared living room/kitchenette and two bathrooms.
Mingus Mountain Complex has a community lounge located in Hall 5 with couches, a TV residents can control, three tables, a computer and printer, and vending machines for Mingus residents to access 24/7 — perfect for relaxing, studying or socializing. Laundry facilities with EagleCard-operated washers and dryers are available in Roadrunner (Hall 1) and Quail (Hall 3).
The Thumb Butte Complex Suites (T2), situated at the south end of campus, accommodates first-year students. This three-story building features five-person Suites with a choice of a double-occupancy or triple-occupancy bedroom, a shared living room/kitchenette, and one bathroom.
The Thumb Butte Complex Suites (T2) features a variety of community amenities, including a game room, fitness center, community kitchen, study rooms and community lounges — perfect for relaxing, studying or socializing. The first floor also has laundry facilities with EagleCard-operated washers and dryers.
The Thumb Butte Complex Modulars offer the largest bedrooms on campus. Two or three students share each room, each of which includes a private bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and a shower.
