The Village Complex Apartments are exclusively designated for upper-division and transfer students. Saguaro (Hall 8) and Granite Mountain (Hall 10) contain Village Apartments only, while Juniper (Hall 6) and Dells (Hall 9) offer both Village Apartments and Suites. Each Village Apartment includes two double-occupancy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a furnished living room.

Each Village Complex Double Suite includes two double-occupancy bedrooms, a shared toilet and shower, with a private sink area in each room, and lofted beds, desks, chairs, dressers, a built-in closet and a mini refrigerator .
